370, 35A not a charity, oblations from BJP, India: Muzaffer Shah

Bandipora Nov 25:Senior Vice President, Awami National conference and member of People’s alliance Gupkar Declaration(PAGD) Muzaffer shah Wednesday stated that “370 and 35A is neither charity nor an oblations from BJP and India to the People of Jammu and Kashmir.

While addressing party workers here at Bandipora Shah said that,The BJP and the RSS will get a clear answer from here and the people’s alliance will win outright in the forthcoming DDC Elections.

Shah also lashes out apni party and said that Altaf Bukhari should have joined People’s alliance, a party which is going to fight for restoration of People’s rights through electoral process.By staying away from people’s alliance is a clear indication that Altaf Bukhari is “hand in glove”with Bhartiya Janata party.

“Stop cheating the people of Jammu and Kashmir, stop working at the behest of BJP and RSS. 370 and 35A is about the future of us and your children, it is a matter of our survival and identity,” Shah said.

He also stated that “it is still time to withdraw from the election and stand with the people’s alliance and I hope he will accept my appeal and will withdraw from Elections, while referring to JKAP President.

“370 and 35A is neither charity nor an oblation from BJP and India to the People of Jammu and Kashmir. It was given us through constitution of India. Article 370 is still pending and under consideration in the Supreme Court and we will take it back, he added(KNS).
