CBK Chargesheets 4 Persons For Cheating Youth On Pretext Of Bank Jobs

Srinagar, Dec 26 : The Crime Branch Kashmir on Saturday filed chargesheet against four persons for cheating gullible youth on the pretext of Bank jobs in 2009.

An official of the Crime Branch told that the challan in case (FIR No. 19/2009) under section 419,420,468,471,120-B RPC before the Court of Judge Small Causes Srinagar against four accused persons— Farooq Ahmad Mohand of Tral, Waheeda Shah of Shahi Hamdan Colony HMT, Imtiyaz Ahmad Bhat of Amda Kadal Jogiwan Lalbazar and Avtar Krishan Pandita son of Badri Nath of Shopian, at present Barnai Jammu.

“Two accused persons were produced before the Court while section 512 CRPC was invoked against the two others,” the official said.

He said that the case was filed after a written complaint received from Axis Bank Branch Head Bahu fort Jammu, stating therein that some unknown persons were cheating aspiring candidates on pretext of providing jobs. (GNS)
