DGP, J&K dedicates Command Vehicle for J&K Police.

Sept. 14 : Director General of Police J&K Shri Dilbag Singh (IPS) dedicated Command Vehicle to J&K Police .The DGP was accompanied by IGP Jammu Shri Mukesh Singh (IPS). He was received by DIG Udhampur Reasi range Shri Sujit Kumar (IPS), and SSP Jammu Shri Shreedhar Patil (IPS) and other officers.

The DGP on his arrival at DPL jammu inspected the Command Vehicle which is equipped with modern technology and has been prepared by RPHQ Udhampur-Reasi under the supervision of DIG Udhampur-Reasi Range Shri Sujit Kumar (IPS).

Briefing the DGP, DIG UR range said that the Command Vehicle shall be used as a communication/operational hub during any emergency. The vehicle is fully Air conditioned, bullet proof, having high resolution CCTV cameras, PTZ 360′ view camera. The vehicle can be converted into a tent house and is also suitable for the stay of officers/officials during the time of operations.
The Command Vehicle has three-level power supply system which can sustain for one week and additional trolley comprising toilet, washroom, powerhouse (Genset)are the other features of the Command Vehicle.

The DGP appreciated the efforts of RPHQ Udhampur-Reasi especially DIG Shri Sujit Kumar (IPS) for making the Command Vehicle equipped with all modern gadgets which will be extremely useful during different operations.
